
Eric P. Blaha is a leading civil litigator specializing in real estate and commercial litigation. He successfully represents clients in a wide range of matters – including cases involving commercial contract disputes, commercial construction disputes, and real estate disputes. Mr. Blaha also represents residential cooperative corporation and condominium boards. In addition, he routinely negotiates and prepares contract documents and counsels clients during construction projects.
