Patrick T. McPartland, Esq.
Patrick McPartland has represented clients in general and complex commercial and business disputes for more than 10 years. His areas of practice include: securities, corporate governance, employment, entertainment, real estate, construction, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and products liability, among others. He has litigated actions before various federal and state courts, as well as before FINRA, the American Arbitration Association, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Massachusetts Commission against Discrimination.
In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. McPartland provides outside general counsel services to clients and advises clients in a range of commercial and business matters. He has experience working on shareholder and partnership agreements, employment agreements, sales broker agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, as well as other business agreements.
