With extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in leases and ground leases for retail and office properties, Ms. Goffman, counsel to the firm, specializes in commercial real estate law. She has represented lenders and borrowers in all types of commercial lending, including mortgage loans and refinancings and also has substantial expertise in asset acquisitions and sales, operating and shareholders agreements, construction contracts and other commercial agreements.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Florrie was general counsel and managing director for Bennis & Reissman and was associated with Shea & Gould. She received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Sociology from SUNY Albany. She is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Married, with 2 children, Ms. Goffman and her family live in Morris Township, New Jersey.
