Stan represents his clients in a wide variety of legal claims and disputes in state and federal court, including employment discrimination, complex business and commercial matters, trade secrets, defamation, and constitutional civil rights, and has also handled a broad array of regulatory and civil matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). Stan has represented and advised clients in disputes arising from multi-million dollars asset purchase agreements, contentious corporate dissolutions, and post-employment restrictive covenants. In addition, Stan has represented clients against regulatory enforcement actions commenced by the Office of the New York State Attorney General and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in connection with the sale and purchase of securities. Having litigated, arbitrated, and mediated cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, Stan brings his unique perspective and experience to every case with an eye towards a decisive and favorable resolution.
Stan is a graduate of the Hofstra University School of Law, with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Criticism from Hunter College. In his spare time, Stan enjoys literary fiction, creative writing, combat sports, and is an avid chess player and enthusiast.
